Moore Maple is a family-owned maple sugaring business. It was started by Gregory Moore when he was eight years old. A campfire in the front dooryard with a large soup pot to hold the bubbling sap served as Moore Maple's first sugaring setup.
With the help of his family, Greg has slowly grown his operation, and three upgrades later, now owns a 4x10 arch. Still a small operation, Greg made 35 gallons of lovingly boiled, Vermont made maple syrup during the 2017 boiling season. Having been in business of maple sugaring for over ten years now, Greg has accumulated knowledge from relatives and others in the maple sugaring industry, and continues to look for new ways to improve his operation.
